Appointed counsel for defendant Sergio Macedo Bonilla asked this court to review the record and determine whether there are any arguable issues on appeal. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 (Wende).) Our review of the record indicates that defendant’s approved plea deal included the agreement to dismiss counts I, III, IV, V, and VI, but those counts were not dismissed at sentencing.
