On May 1, 2023, Defendant WS Packaging Group, Inc. removed this case to this Court pursuant the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”) and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332(d)(2), 1441, and 1453.2 As an initial matter in every case, the Court must ensure that it possesses subject matter jurisdiction.
