On March 1, 2024 the Court dismissed the Complaint filed by plaintiff Jeremy Lundblad (“Plaintiff”), with leave to amend for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The Court ordered Plaintiff to file a First Amended Complaint by no later than March 15, 2024.
