17 18 Before the Court is Plaintiff Ashley Hershey’s (“Plaintiff”) motion to remand this action to the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles. (ECF No. 12 (“Mot.”)). Defendants oppose. (ECF No. 16 (“Opp.”)). Having considered the parties’ submissions, the relevant law, and the record in this case, the Court finds pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 78(b) and C. D. Cal. L. R. 7-15 that the matter is suitable for resolution without oral argument. For the reasons stated below, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand. 26 27 28 I.
