17 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiffs Sunny Khachatryan, Tatevik Khachatryan, B.A.J., and I.M. bring this 20 copyright action against Defendants 1 Hotel West Hollywood L.L.C. (“1 Hotel”), 21 SH Group Operations, L.L.C., and SH Group Global IP Holdings, L.L.C., alleging 22 that Defendants violated federal and state law by copying and distributing Plaintiffs’ 23 original copyrighted work—namely a photograph of B.A.J. and I.M. (“Minor 24 Plaintiffs”) in 1 Hotel branded robes (the “Photograph”)—without proper 25 authorization. (See Compl., ECF No. 1.)
