Defendants. 18 Before the Court is Plaintiff Eleazar Santos’ (“Plaintiff”) Motion for Order Remanding Action to State Court (“Motion,” Dkt. No. 20). Defendant The Pictsweet Company (“Defendant”) filed an opposition (Dkt. No. 22) and Plaintiff filed a reply (Dkt. No. 25). For the following reasons, the Motion is GRANTED. I.
