On August 14, 2024, Plaintiff Marci Bertuzzi (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court, against Defendants Timothy Mutton (“Mutton”) and Petra IQ, LLC (“Petra”). On August 20, 2024, Mutton removed this action to this Court, alleging that this Court has jurisdiction based on diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a). Federal courts are courts of limited jurisdiction, having subject matter jurisdiction only over matters authorized by the Constitution and Congress. See Bender v.
