Pim Shih (“Plaintiff”), a New Jersey resident proceeding pro se, filed this civil rights action against Mitsuwa Corporation (“Defendant”), alleging that Defendant, at its Edgewater, New Jersey store, violated Plaintiff's civil rights under Title I of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000a, which prohibits religious discrimination in places of public accommodation.
