On August 30, 2024, the court issued an order setting a scheduling conference in this matter for October 24, 2024, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(f). (Dkt. 10.) The court’s order required the parties to file their Joint Rule 26(f) Report no later than fourteen days before the scheduling conference, or by October 10, 2024. (Id. at 2.)
