I. INTRODUCTION

On April 16, 2021, plaintiff Zeeshan Khan (“Khan’’) filed a complaint against defendant City of Los Angeles (“City”); defendant Los Angeles Police Department (“LAPD”); defendant Michel Moore, LAPD’s Chief of Police, in his individual and official capacities (“Moore”); defendant Officer Aaron Green (“Green”); and Does 1 through 10.
