For the reasons discussed below, the court will grant defendants’ motion to compel and deny plaintiff’s motion for a court order. I. Procedural History This case is proceeding on a First Amendment retaliation claim against defendant Abdulgader as well as an Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference claim against defendants Abdulgader and Williams as alleged in plaintiff’s first amended complaint.
