No. 8) 15 Defendants. 16 This matter is before the court on defendants Precision Fiber Optics, Inc. (“PFO”) and Joseph Custer’s motion to dismiss filed on April 11, 2024. (Doc. No. 8.) On April 16, 2024, the motion was taken under submission on the papers pursuant to Local Rule 230. (Doc. No. 10.) For the reasons set forth below, the court will deny the pending motion to dismiss.
