16 This matter is before the court on plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction filed on April 16, 2024, and brought against defendants Dominick Cuevas, Adam Nesta, and Impala Freight Inc. (“Impala Freight”) (collectively, “defendants”). (Doc. No. 45.) For the reasons explained below, the pending motion will be granted. BACKGROUND This action concerns the alleged theft of trade secrets by defendants. These trade secrets purportedly provide plaintiff with a competitive advantage in the shipping industry. Plaintiff The Logistics Guys Inc. (“plaintiff” or “TLG”) provides transportation, logistics, and supply chain management services to companies throughout the United States. (Doc. No. 45-
