AMERICAN NATIONAL RED CROSS, (ECF No. 17) Defendant. 16 On January 10, 2024, the Court granted Defendant American National Red Cross’s motions to compel Plaintiff Reginald Rice to respond to discovery requests Defendant served in July 2023, and ordered Plaintiff to respond within two weeks. (ECF No. 16.) Defendant now moves for terminating sanctions based on Plaintiff’s failure to comply with the Court’s order.1 (ECF No. 17.) For the reasons set forth below, the Court recommends granting Defendant’s request for terminating sanctions and dismissing this case without prejudice. / / / / / /
