(See ECF No. 366.) On June 24, 2024, Plaintiffs filed objections to the Final Pretrial Order. (See ECF No. 367.) In light of Plaintiffs’ objections, the Court issues the following Amended Final Pretrial Order, which shall govern the remainder of the proceedings. First, the Court addresses Plaintiffs’ specific objections regarding the expert for Defendant Mario Sattah. Plaintiffs asked that the Court “reconsider its Order allowing substitution of the expert…
