15 Pending before the Court are the cross-motions for summary judgment by Plaintiff Palla Farms, LLC (“Palla”) (Doc. 32) and by Defendant Gemini Insurance Company (“Gemini”) (Doc. 31). The parties filed their respective oppositions on April 16, 2024 (Docs. 43-44) and replies on May 21, 2024 (Docs. 51-52). The parties have consented to magistrate judge jurisdiction for the limited purpose of deciding the cross-motions for summary judgment now before the Court. (Doc. 28).
