SEPTEMBER 3, 2024 18 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed this civil rights action seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 in June 2020. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. In April 2023, this case was closed. ECF Nos. 21, 22 (order adopting; judgment, respectively). Before this Court is Plaintiff’s motion for relief from filing fee. ECF No. 23.
