USAA INSURANCE CO., et al., Defendants. 16 On August 19, 2024, Plaintiff Prakash Narayan, who proceeds without counsel, removed this action from Sacramento Superior Court to the Fresno Division of the Eastern District of California.1 (ECF No. 1.) Plaintiff requested leave to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No. 2.) On August 20, 2024, the case was transferred to the Sacramento Division pursuant to Local Rule 120(f). (ECF No. 3.)
