ECF No. 57 (Points and Authorities at ECF No. 57-10). This discovery motion was referred to the magistrate judge pursuant to E.D. Cal. R. 302(c)(1). The motion was heard via Zoom on shortened time at plaintiff’s request and due to the urgency created by pending production deadlines in this case. ECF No. 62. For the reasons stated below, the court GRANTS the motion in part and DENIES it in part.
