The Malik defendants have filed a motion to dismiss the TAC for lack of jurisdiction and failure to state a claim. ECF No. 67. Plaintiffs have opposed the motion (ECF No. 74), and defendants have filed a reply (ECF No. 82).1 The Wells Fargo defendants have filed a motion to dismiss the TAC for failure to state a claim or, in the alternative, to send the claims to arbitration per the parties’ arbitration agreement. ECF No. 69. Plaintiffs have filed an opposition (ECF No. 78), and the Wells Fargo defendants have filed a reply. ECF No. 84.
