TARGET CORPORATION, and DOES 1 to 25, 16 Defendants. 17 Before the Court is Target Corporation’s (hereinafter, “Defendant”) motion to dismiss four of the five causes of action in Linda Berexa’s (hereinafter, “Plaintiff”) First Amended Complaint (“FAC”). See Mot., ECF No. 16; FAC, ECF No. 15. Plaintiff opposed. See Opp’n, ECF No. 18. Defendant replied. See Reply, ECF No. 19. For the following reasons, Defendant’s motion is granted with prejudice.1 ///
