On June 4, 2024, defendant Home Depot moved to dismiss. ECF No. 10. The motion was taken under submission. ECF No. 11. Plaintiff opposed the motion (ECF No. 14) and defendant replied (ECF No. 16). Plaintiff submitted an additional exhibit, consisting of a printout of the definition of “hostile work environment.” ECF No. 17.
