(Doc. 7). In its order, the Court directed the parties to file a “joint” notice every 90 days updating the Court on the status of the action. Id. at 2. Although the parties were delinquent in filing their first joint 90-day report (see Doc. 10), the parties thereafter timely filed their next two joint reports (see Docs. 13, 14).
