17 This matter is before the court on the motion to dismiss or for a more definite statement filed by defendants Los Molcajetes Taqueria, Inc. and Alejandro T. Martinez on April 1, 2024. (Doc. No. 6.) On April 29, 2024, the pending motion was taken under submission on the papers. (Doc. No. 17.) For the reasons explained below, the court will deny defendants’ motion to dismiss or for a more definite statement.
