15 On August 16, 2024, Plaintiffs filed a notice of settlement of this action. (ECF No. 13.) The Court ordered that dispositional documents be filed within sixty days, or by October 18, 2024. (ECF No. 14.) On October 22, 2024, the Court issued an order to show cause as neither dispositional documents, nor a request for extension, was filed by the deadline. (ECF No. 15.)
