12 Dr. Andrew Forrest brings this action against Meta Platforms, Inc. arising from Facebook ads that allegedly show him endorsing fraudulent cryptocurrency and other investment products. Dr. Forrest seeks damages and an injunction on several common law claims. For the reasons that follow, Meta’s motion to dismiss is denied in part and granted in part. I.
