13 Lead plaintiff Eastern Atlantic States Carpenters Pension Fund (“plaintiff”) moves to compel the production of documents that defendants have withheld from discovery as privileged and/or attorney work product. See Dkt. Nos. 137, 146. Defendants oppose the motion. See Dkt. No. 144. Upon consideration of the moving and responding papers, as well as the oral arguments presented, the Court grants plaintiff’s motion in part and denies it in part. I.
