15 This is a trade secrets case, in which Plaintiff Etopus Technology, Inc., (“Etopus”) alleges generally that Defendant Hanli Liu misappropriated certain trade secrets in the time period surrounding his departure from Etopus (where he previously worked as an engineer). [Dkt. 1]. This case has been referred to the undersigned for discovery. See Dkt. 43.
