Adamo (“Plaintiff”), brings this putative class action against Defendants Nextdoor Holdings, Inc., (“Nextdoor”), Nextdoor’s former executives and founder (“Individual Defendants”), Khosla Ventures LLC (“Khosla Ventures”), and Khosla Ventures SPAC Sponsor II LLC (“KV SPAC Sponsor”) (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“SEC”).
