13 The Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation (“R&R”) of Magistrate Judge Alex G. Tse, ECF No. 28, recommending that the Court grant Plaintiff Xiamen Zhaozhao Trading Co.’s (“Zhaozhao”) Motion for Default Judgment, ECF No. 22, against Defendant Ningbo Jiangbei Shangyu Trading Co. (“Ningbo”). The R&R was served on Defendant by mail on July 1, 2024. ECF 25. Defendant thereafter had fourteen days to object to the R&R. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b)(2).
