12 Before the Court is Defendant Eric Olson’s (“Mr. Olson”) motion to dismiss Plaintiff World Financial Group Insurance Agency’s (“WFG,” “WFGIA,” or “Plaintiff”) First Amended Complaint (ECF No. 72, “FAC”). Eric Olson’s Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 79 (“Mot.” or “Motion”). Also before the Court is Defendant Sandra Olson’s (“Ms. Olson”) motion to dismiss the FAC and joinder in Mr. Olson’s motion to dismiss. Sandra Olson’s Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 80.
