12 This is a Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (“CFAA”) case. Counterclaim Defendants’ several motions to dismiss were heard before this Court on August 1, 2024. Having read the papers filed by the parties and carefully considered their arguments therein and those made at the hearing, as well as the relevant legal authority, the Court hereby GRANTS the Counterclaim Defendants’ motions to dismiss, for the reasons stated below. I. BACKGROUND In 2019, Xuan Jiang and Xiaoyin Qu co-founded Run The World, Inc. (“RTW”), an online platform for hosting virtual events such as professional conferences. Second Am. Countercl.
