12 I. INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is Defendant ContekPro, LLC’s motion for attorneys’ fees. ECF No. 65. Plaintiff W.G. Barr Beverage Co. (d/b/a Two Pitchers Brewing Co., “Two Pitchers”) filed an Opposition (ECF No. 67) and ContekPro filed a Reply (ECF No. 71). ContekPro has also filed a bill of costs (ECF No. 66), to which Two Pitchers has filed objections (ECF No. 68). The Court finds these matters suitable for disposition without oral argument and VACATES the August 22, 2024 hearing. See Civ. L.R. 7-1(b).
