13 Before the Court is Plaintiff Omar Sharrieff Gay’s updated request for discovery sanctions against Defendants Amy Parsons and Gregory Goldstein (collectively “Defendants”). [Dkt. 111]. The request was included as part of a Joint Discovery Letter Brief filed by Plaintiff Gay and Defendants. [Dkt. 111]. After carefully considering the Parties’ Joint Discovery Letter Brief, the Court finds this issue amenable for resolution without oral argument. Civ. L.R. 7-1(b).
