INTRODUCTION Plaintiffs Treez, Inc., and Ameya Pethe bring this suit under the Administrative Procedures Act (“APA”), alleging Defendants1 wrongfully denied their H-1B visa petition. Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion to enforce this Court’s orders compelling Defendants to supplement the Administrative Record.
