Plaintiff Stanislav Emelyanenko sues his former employer, Sudo Security Group, Inc., and its chief executive officer and chairman, William Joseph Strafach, for making false promises and representations when recruiting him to join the company and engaging in other wrongful conduct. Defendants move to compel arbitration and dismiss or, alternatively, stay this action.
