16 INTRODUCTION In this Title VII religious accommodation action, defendant-employer seeks to exclude evidence of requests for religious exemptions from employees who are not plaintiffs in this action. This motion in limine is GRANTED, unless defendant opens the door. STATEMENT During the pandemic, BART’s Board of Directors approved a mandate requiring all employees and board members to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The mandate created an exemption and accommodation procedure for those who qualified for either medical or religious accommodations.
