13 After the Court granted judgment on the pleadings in favor of Defendants Google LLC and YouTube, LLC, Defendants filed their bill of costs, seeking a total of $296,815.40. ECF No. 172. Plaintiffs The Receivership Estate of AudienceScience Inc. and Revitalization Partners, L.L.C. objected to $230,134.60 of those claimed costs, arguing that those costs were for document review and therefore not taxable under the statute providing for costs, 28 U.S.C. § 1920.
