Before the Court is Plaintiff Vanilla Chip, LLC’s (“Plaintiff”) “Ex Parte Motion for Expedited Discovery Prior to a Rule 26(f) Conference.” (ECF No. 9.) Defendants On Demand Fulfillment, LLC (“On Demand”) and VOX Nutrition, Inc. (“VOX”) have been served with Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) but have not yet appeared in the action. (ECF Nos. 6-7.) For the reasons discussed below, the Court DENIES Plaintiff’s application. I.
