Having reviewed the motions and supporting documents, and for the reasons discussed below, the motions are GRANTED, and the minor’s compromise is hereby APPROVED. I. RELEVANT BACKGROUND Elisa Serna was admitted to the Las Colinas Detention Facility on November 6, 2019.
