Defendants. 18 Before the Court is Plaintiff the People of the State of California’s (“Plaintiff” or “the People”) motion to remand. (Doc. No. 10.) The motion is fully briefed. (See Doc. Nos. 10, 16, 17.) The Court, pursuant to its discretion under Civil Local Rule 7.1.d.1, determines the matter is suitable for resolution without need for oral argument, submits the motion on the parties’ papers, and vacates the hearing.
