18 19 Plaintiff Candace Smith initiated this action by filing a pro se civil rights complaint on May 16, 2024. (Doc. No. 1, “Complaint”). For the reasons set forth below, the undersigned recommends that the District Court dismiss this action consistent with the Court’s Local Rules for Plaintiff’s failure to prosecute this action and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
