) Defendant. ) ) 17 On August 20, 2024, Anthony Sanford (“plaintiff”) filed a Complaint in the Los Angeles County Superior Court against Haskel International, LLC (“defendant”) asserting state law claims relating to his employment. (See Dkt. 1, Notice of Removal (“NOR”) ¶ 1); (id., Exh. A, Complaint at ¶¶ 30-94). On October 21, 2024, defendant removed that action on diversity jurisdiction grounds pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332(a), 1441, and 1446. (See Dkt. 1, NOR at 1-2). Having reviewed the pleadings, the court hereby remands this action to state court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).…
