18 Plaintiff brings this case alleging that defendant violated his Fourteenth Amendment rights by refusing to allow him to use the bathroom during extradition transport from Kansas to California. Several of his motions are now pending. His motion to correct the spelling of the defendant’s name, ECF No. 68, will be granted. I will also grant his motion to compel, ECF No. 71, in part.
