Tong Myung Park appeals from a postconviction order denying his motion to vacate his perjury convictions under Penal Code1 section 1473.6. His appointed appellate counsel filed a brief pursuant to People v. Delgadillo (2022) 14 Cal.5th 216 (Delgadillo), and Park subsequently filed a supplemental brief on his own behalf. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the order.
