Defendants Joseph Featherstone and Seth Egan move to dismiss, for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue, the lawsuit brought against them by plaintiffs Hukui Tech, Inc., Hukui Technology, Inc., and Hukui Bio Co., LTD. For the following reasons, the Court grants the motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and does not reach the question of proper venue. BACKGROUND Hukui Tech is a California-based corporation that provides import-export and distribution services in the medical devices industry.
