12 Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ unopposed motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement. See Dkt. No. 97 (“Mot.”). The Court held a hearing on the motion on October 24, 2024. For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS the motion. I. BACKGROUND A. Factual Allegations Defendant PostMeds, Inc. (“PostMeds”), a digital pharmacy that fulfills mail-order prescriptions, suffered a data breach that exposed its customers’ personally identifiable and protected health information, including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, diagnosis information, treatment information, prescription information, medical record numbers, and health insurance information.
