CONSENT DECREE The following consent decree (“Consent Decree”) is entered into by and between Plaintiff Orange County Coastkeeper (“Plaintiff’ or “Coastkeeper”) and Griswold ||Industries d/b/a Cla-Val Co. (“Defendant” or “Cla-Val’’).
