16 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Alex Leonard Azevedo is a prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action filed under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (ECF No. 1). Plaintiff filed his complaint on November 4, 2024, complaining that Defendant failed to protect him from the attack of a mental health patient when Plaintiff was formerly located at Coalinga State Hospital. 21 Upon review of the allegations in the complaint, it appears that Plaintiff’s claims are 22 duplicative of an earlier lawsuit filed on October 28, 2024, Azevedo v. Department of State 23 Hospital Coalinga, 1:23-cv-01345-KES-HBK. Accordingly, the Court will order Plaintiff to 24 show cause why this case should not be dismissed as…
