15 Defendant. (Doc. No. 11) 16 This matter is before the court on Plaintiff Amber Wolfing’s motion to remand this action to the Sacramento County Superior Court. (Doc. No. 11.) Pursuant to Local Rule 230(g), the pending motion was taken under submission to be decided on the papers. (Doc. No. 13.) For the reasons explained below, Plaintiff’s motion to remand will be granted. BACKGROUND On April 18, 2024, Plaintiff filed a wage-and-hour class action complaint against her employer Defendant Medical Management International, Inc. and Does 1 through 10, in the Sacramento County Superior Court.
